About the job Therefore we are seeking two pedagogues who will be part of a professionally strong work community, where presence, relationships and children's participation are the focus of our everyday life.

One position is for immediate start. The other starts on 1 February 2027.

Children do well when they can – that is the starting point for pedagogical work at Egebakken.

We use the nature surrounding us in our daily life and have a focus on slow pedagogy.

With us you will become part of an engaged staff group that shares responsibility for the pedagogical professionalism. We are curious about our own practice, help each other and believe that we succeed best when we develop together. You will become part of a fixed team in one of the nursery's four rooms, where child perspective, presence and pedagogical professionalism are in focus

About you We are looking for someone who

• Is educated as a pedagogue
• Believes in and wants to work with well-being, development and opportunities for participation for all children
• Is curious about slow pedagogy
• Takes responsibility and contributes actively to the professional community, among other things with documentation
• Is curious about own practice and thrives with reflection and sparring

Maybe you have experience from a nursery. Maybe you are relatively newly trained, but you know that this is exactly where you want to use your competences. We value motivation, relational skills and the desire to develop the pedagogical work in practice. If you have a particular interest in e.g. nature, music, movement or another pedagogical area, it is a strength we would like to bring into play.
