We are seeking a dedicated and engaged pedagogue for Lind School's SFO2 offering, Club No. 41 , and with school hours in the lower grades. This is a 30-hour position with employment starting on January 5, 2027.

You will become part of a strong collegial community where collaboration is a large and natural part of daily life. Here we think in terms of the “WE”, as we believe everyday life becomes best if we can share knowledge and develop our pedagogical practice together.

This is based on Lind School’s view of children

  • Children want to be taken seriously; seen, heard and understood
  • Children wish to be part of the community
  • Children want meaning in their lives

The position is currently with employment in Club No. 41 and is expected to be distributed with primary hours in SFO and about 3-5 hours in the school part. Lind School's SFO is divided across two sites, Lindetræets SFO for 0th and 1st grade and Club No. 41 for 2nd-4th grades.

You

  • are a trained pedagogue
  • preferably have experience as a school pedagogue
  • can initiate, participate in and weight play as a starting point for developing the community
  • are interested in working with e.g. role play, outdoor life, outdoor environment or similar. (please tell us exactly what you are passionate about or find interesting to contribute with in leisure-time pedagogy)
  • meet each child with an appreciative and positive language
  • are proactive, reliable and responsible in your work
  • are focused on creating strong communities among the children
  • see the SFO’s activities as important contributors to the children’s general formation
  • have strong relational skills and are happy to bring yourself into play with the children
  • are willing to enter into constructive collaboration with colleagues and parents in SFO and school, also when there is occasionally an “evening club” on the plan
  • are eager and willing to participate in the collaboration on the SFO’s development
  • have a positive view of people, a sense of humor and a contagious mood
  • have some knowledge about diabetes and can handle tasks related to it

We offer

  • Lots of wonderful and happy children aged 8-10
  • An active and vibrant SFO and school
  • A good and positive working environment
  • A positive network of parents
  • Dedicated and helpful colleagues in both SFO and school
  • A dialogical reflection environment
  • A visionary workplace where responsibility, development and freedom go hand in hand

Your pedagogical work will take its starting point from Lind School’s view of children and the leisure-time pedagogy framework. Applicants are expected to have informed themselves on Lind School’s website https://lind-skole.aula.dk/

If you would like further information about the position, you are welcome to contact pedagogical leader Anette Wulff Olesen at phone 96 28 75 15 / 93 59 47 66.
