Educator in a special position in mixed shifts - Bøgemarkscentret

Your colleagues in daily work will be a broad range of SSA, SSH & pædagoger, who collaborate multidisciplinary with doctors, nurses and other health professionals.

The employees place great emphasis on the core task / target group at Bøgemarkscentret, which are residents with active or previously active addiction, as well as acquired brain injury.

About the position

• 1 permanent position initially of 37 hours/week in mixed shifts – day & evening, and every 2nd weekend
• Employment as soon as possible, but we are happy to wait for the right person
• It is a condition of the position that you have a valid driver's license

Personal competencies

As an employee at Bøgemarkscentret it is valued that you see the person behind the addiction and can handle frustrations without taking it personally, but understand that you are the residents' closest contact and can act as a release valve in these situations.

You must be able to create strong and healthy relationships with a target group that has often been let down by the system and therefore may have difficulty forming new relationships.

Salary and employment terms

According to the applicable collective agreement for pedagogically educated staff in special positions entered into between KL and The National Association of Child and Youth Pedagogues/Social Pedagogues

Prior to final employment there must be a criminal record check and references obtained.
