In Dalhaven we are currently seeking two pedagogues for permanent positions with start on 1 November 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter, as well as a pedagogue for a maternity cover from January 2027.

One position is in the nursery and one permanent position plus maternity cover is in the kindergarten. All three positions are full-time positions.

Three different positions – the same professional community

In the nursery we are looking for a pedagogue for Mejsestuen, which is normed for 14 children. You will become part of a team of four adults – two pedagogues, a PAU and an assistant – where we together create a safe, present and developmental everyday life for the youngest children.

In the kindergarten we are looking for a pedagogue for Spurvestuen in a permanent position and a pedagogue in a maternity cover for Solsortestuen. Common to the rooms is that they are normed for 21 children aged 3-6 years. Here you will become part of a team with another pedagogue and a pedagogical assistant. In the rooms we focus on play relationships, deepening and children's communities.

Regardless of which position you seek, you will have the opportunity to bring your professional competencies into play and help shape the everyday life in your room.

Who are we?

Dalhaven is part of the Daycare Institution Skovgården, which consists of four kindergartens:

• Dalhaven
• Balle Naturbørnehus
• Balle Børnehus
• Børnehuset Birksvej

We are a large, unified staff group of around 120 employees and collaborate across the kindergartens through, among other things, common staff meetings, a pedagogical day and various committees.

Dalhaven is normed for 56 nursery children and 110 kindergarten children.

In Dalhaven, the good childhood is our shared focus. We work with a focus on children's well-being, development, relationships and participation opportunities, and we prioritise a close and trusting cooperation with the parents.

Salary and employment terms follow the applicable collective agreement and local wage formation agreement.
