Welcome to the Milky Way

The Milky Way is a large, integrated day-care institution in Langeskov with space for around 250 children. We are organized into different Planets, where we base ourselves on the children's age, development and needs.

At Red and Green Planet we have children aged 3-4 years, and here we work every day to create safe surroundings, strong relationships and inclusive children's communities.

We believe children develop best through play, presence, curiosity and good relationships. Therefore we value professionalism, structure, creativity, humor and engagement highly.

Practical information

Workplace: Milky Way, Red Planet and Green Planet Langeskov

Positions: 2 pedagogues at 37 hours weekly

Hiring interviews: will be held continuously

Participation is expected in staff meetings, parent meetings and occasional events outside normal opening hours, about 12-13 times per year.

Salary and terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement.

Salary and employment terms

Employment is carried out in accordance with the current collective agreement for pedagogical staff at day-care institutions, clubs, after-school programs etc. concluded between KL and BUPL. The position is classified as a pedagogue at 37 hours.

Expected salary range: 32,932.73 DKK – 37,689.81 DKK per month excluding employer-paid pension, flex days and holiday allowance. Additional locally agreed allowances may apply, qualification-, function- and seniority allowances.

The final salary determination is based on your qualifications and previous work experience after specific negotiation with the professional organization.
