Electrical designer / project manager

On behalf of Holtec we are seeking several electrical designers/project managers for exciting, innovative automation projects, as the company has a large influx of new customers and interesting tasks.

About the position

With reference to the department head, you will be part of a dedicated team of enthusiasts working with future technologies today. As an electrical designer/project manager at Holtec you will play a key role in the company. You are involved every step of the way—from the first customer inquiry to bidding and functional description to design and drawing of the electrical cabinet, procurement, FAT testing and invoicing. The tasks can range from a simple control to complete production lines and customer-specific development tasks in close collaboration with the other departments at Holtec.

Introduction to Holtec will take place in collaboration with the company's experienced programmers and technicians. After a days' proven introductory program you will be assigned a mentor with experience in your area of competence.

Your work tasks will include, among others

• dialogue with customers about issues and solutions
• bidding work, including calculation
• drawing and work in PCSCHEMATIC and EPLAN
• project meetings
• documentation work
• procurement of materials.

You will have a versatile and challenging daily life, where you work with project management across the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that procedures, resource plans, schedules and budgets are adhered to in the projects. In addition, you will participate in assembly, final tests and not least the formulation of the solution's documentation.

About you

You have a relevant electrical-technical background – e.g., electrician, electrical installer, marine engineer or engineer. At the same time you have experience with the mentioned work areas. If you have experience with UL, CSA, CE, ATEX, offshore, that is a plus – but not a requirement.

• are proficient in Danish and English in writing and speaking.
