About the team

You will become part of our Transmission team, which delivers electrical engineering projects for TSOs, DSOs, and private investors across Denmark. About the position

As an electrical engineer you will be a central part of our projects within transmission and distribution. You will work with design of high-voltage substations and associated installations for Danish projects.

Your primary tasks will be to

• Develop concept and detail design for high-voltage substations (10 kV, 50 kV, 150 kV – and eventually higher voltage levels) and prepare tender material
• Analyze existing installations and provide recommendations for changes or new installations
• Apply your knowledge of transformer installations (theoretical and practical)
• Prepare technical documentation, including electrical schematics, insulation coordination, grounding design, power and cable layouts, and relevant profile drawings
• Participate in procurement activities on behalf of our customers and quality-assure colleagues' deliveries
• Update and maintain existing drawings and documentation
• Clarify requirements for foundations and steel constructions in collaboration with relevant disciplines

You will, among other things, work on projects such as transformer replacements, new high-voltage connections, and modernization and replacement of existing components.

About you

You thrive in a collaborative environment and can create progress on tasks with many interfaces – both internally in projects and in collaboration with international colleagues. You work in a structured way, focus on quality, and can translate technical requirements into solid deliverables.

We imagine that you

• Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience with electrical design and installation design
• Have experience with one or more relevant tools, e.g., PowerFactory, SEE Electrical, MicroStation, AutoCAD, PLS-CADD or Caddy++
• Have an understanding of distribution and transmission systems in voltage levels from 10 kV to 400 kV
• Communicate confidently in English – both spoken and written
