Brand & Rescue Køge - Solrød - Stevns seeks a colleague with strength in operations and development. In the position you will be a key person regarding the work to retain and develop direction on the operational goals in the emergency services, and support daily good collaboration with our suppliers.

The set of tasks covers operational development of the emergency services personnel, vehicles, concepts and plans. In BRKSS we also pursue cross-cutting projects both internally and externally and it is prioritized to follow the developments around us.

We are a modern emergency service in a flat, project-driven organizational structure, with independent task responsibilities. As part of the position you will flexibly participate in the other tasks of the emergency service, as we as an organization want to lift together.

About you

We envisage that you come as an experienced leader (e.g., bachelor level) with a maintained emergency services background, trained incident commander and VVUDD. In the job it is expected that you have flair for and are a strong user of the Office suite. It is an advantage, but not a requirement, that you have knowledge of GIS.

The position, in addition to the primary appointment in the ordinary task set, also aims for participation in the incident commander duty. The area covers the municipalities of Køge, Solrød and Stevns in accordance with the framework of risk-based sizing.

You must in the position be able to complete relevant missing education for the job, including BTU1.

Salary and terms of employment

The position is remunerated according to the applicable collective agreement and the principles of new pay.

incident commander on-call is paid according to the applicable collective agreement and is based on an on-call duty from home or another residence according to the service level.

Daily workplace will be based at station Køge, Tigervej 8 in Køge.
