About the job

We are looking for 2 engaged employment counsellors who are passionate about creating concrete paths back to the labor market for unemployed citizens.

You will become part of the section Insured Unemployed, where we help unemployed benefit recipients move on to work or education. All in close collaboration with unemployment insurance funds, companies and educational institutions.

Therefore you must be close to both citizens and companies – and you must have an understanding that education and upskilling can be an important tool.

You spot job opportunities, open doors to companies and create a match between the companies' needs and the citizens’ experiences and competencies. You help citizens see opportunities, strengthen their job search and take concrete steps that bring the person closer to a job.

You work hand in hand and concretely. If you need to find relevant companies, you do it together. If an employer needs to be contacted, you take or prepare the contact together. If the digital thing is tricky, you sit beside and train what it takes.

Digital job search that works

You must be strong digitally, understand the potential and be good at getting others on board.

It’s not just about showing where citizens should click. You must be able to make the digital universe clear and usable. The goal is not to do it for the citizens. The goal is for the citizens to be able to do it themselves.

Therefore we work with professional reflective practice, sparring and feedback. We investigate what works, share our experiences and also use professional doubt as a starting point for learning.

• Have experience with employment, job placement, recruitment or corporate collaboration

• Contribute with professional curiosity so we can jointly contribute actively to our common employment professionalism through professional reflective practice

Your educational background is not decisive. We place greater weight on the fact that you have the experience, labor market insight and the competencies to translate opportunities into concrete results for both citizens and companies.

About us

Insured Unemployed is a section where we are professionally ambitious, have a focus on high professionalism, and a strong will to help each other. We are about 15 employees and sparring, professional reflection and joint development are a natural part of everyday life. Here there is room for both professional discussions, curiosity and a good laugh in a busy daily life.

Conditions of employment

There are two permanent positions of 37 hours with start no later than January 1, 2027 – preferably earlier if possible.
