FRO Aqqaluk is an after-school care service for children in grades 4–7 and is staffed for 70 children.

Opening hours are 7:00 – 17:00

The department currently consists of 7 staff members

Criminal and Child Certificate

The position is covered by the law on the obligation to obtain criminal and child certificates. In accordance with the law, employment may only begin when the municipality has received satisfactory criminal and child certificates. We must therefore note that the start date can only be agreed upon when the municipality has received the child certificate from the National Police as well as the criminal certificate from the Police.

The child certificate is obtained by the municipality with the consent of the individual, whereas the criminal certificate is obtained by the individual from the Police.

Salary and terms of employment

Salary and employment terms are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between the Greenlandic Self-Government, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement in force at the time of commencement between the Greenlandic Self-Government and the relevant negotiating organization.

The appointment will be made with a 3-month probation period.
