Construction Project Manager for our construction projects

Project Lead – 12-month fixed-term assignment

Do you want to take responsibility for the daily management of a project and help ensure that the construction project reaches its goal safely and efficiently?

You will be specifically assigned to the task of constructing new accommodation buildings for the defense in either Oksbøl or Varde.

We perform part of the task in-house (earth, sewer and concrete), other work is carried out with subcontractors.

As construction project manager you will be an important link between the project team, subcontractors and suppliers. You create overview, follow up and ensure that agreements are translated into action on the construction site.

You will have a varied role close to the daily production.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for your project and coordinate the daily activities so that time, budget, quality, health and safety and contractual obligations are aligned. You work closely with the rest of the project organization and monitor execution so that challenges are addressed before they grow.

Your primary tasks will be to

• coordinate the daily tasks in the contract and ensure the necessary resource planning
• work closely with subcontractors, suppliers and the project team
• follow the schedule and ensure progress through ongoing planning and follow-up
• support financial management through budget tracking and cost control
• ensure that contractual obligations, documentation and agreements are followed in practice
• identify project-related risks and opportunities and contribute to ensuring they are managed in a timely manner
• follow up on quality in daily work and ensure that standards and requirements are complied with
• actively contribute to a safe working environment and ensure that applicable safety standards and guidelines are followed
