YOUTH WORKER AT SKOVGRILLEN

You are 15-17 years old and have completed primary school.

The role: You assist with customer service and daily operations. You always work with a closing supervisor or operations manager, who has overall responsibility and can help and support you.

CUSTOMER SERVICE & ORDERS

• Customer service and preparation.
• Contribute to a good customer experience.
• Help the person in charge keep an eye on phone orders and online orders so they are processed on time.

TASKS

• Cleaning and practical tasks under instruction.
• Help the person in charge with relevant restocking and cleaning tasks.

CASH REGISTER

• Enter orders correctly and accept common payment methods.
• Complete standard sales correctly.

COLLABORATION & RESPONSIBILITY

• Arrive consistently and on time and take guidance.
• Contribute positively and treat customers and colleagues politely and respectfully.
• You are never alone with the responsibility – the person on duty is there to help and support you.

You must be able to reach the location by means other than public transport, as they do not run by Skovgrillen.
