We are looking for a new colleague for our customer support – and we’re not just looking for someone who can take the phone and answer emails.

At KOMPOSITlageret we take our customers seriously. But we don’t necessarily take ourselves too seriously. 😉

☎️ What will you be doing?

In short: You will be one of those who ensure that our customers feel they are in good hands.

Your everyday work will include

• Assisting customers via phone and email – before, during and after their purchase.
• Finding good solutions, even when questions don’t fit a standard answer.
• Ensuring that customers have a positive experience and want to shop with us again.
• Collaborating with your colleagues to make things work.

Some days are busy, others give more room for reflection. But one thing is certain: You will hardly get bored.

🙋 Who are you then?

We don’t have a long wish list of criteria you must check off.

Instead, we hope you can recognize yourself in several of the following

• You like people. Even those who call with a question you’ve already answered five times today.
• You are good at communicating. You can explain things so they make sense – both on the phone and in writing.
• You take responsibility. When you have a task, you follow it through to the end.
• You have your things under control. You work in a structured way and can keep a cool head, even when it’s busy.
• You are a team player. You can work independently, but you also know that the best solutions are often found together.
• You are curious. You want to learn new things and aren’t intimidated by questions you don’t know the answer to yet.
• You are comfortable in front of a computer. The phone and the computer will be your main working tools.
• You must be able to communicate professionally in Danish and English. If you also speak German or Swedish, that’s a plus – but certainly not a requirement.

If you have experience with customer service or administrative tasks, that’s obviously a plus. But your attitude, your dedication and your willingness to learn mean just as much to us.

Workplace: Viby J

Working hours: Full-time with in-person presence.

Monday–Thursday 8:00–16:00 and Friday 8:00–15:00.
