As a Fitbit customer support representative with Danish and English, you will be part of a strong team where you will:

• Help users with their issues via support cases or phone calls.
• Answer questions about the daily use of devices with individual solutions and a focus on the customer's needs.
• Identify recurring problems and errors from users' inquiries and forward them to your team supervisors.
• Collaborate with a dedicated, international team of service-minded colleagues.

• Speak and write Danish for daily communication with customers.
• Have good English proficiency at B1 level or equivalent for training and internal communication.
• Have basic knowledge of using and features of iOS and Android.
