IT Infrastructure is responsible for the operation of a number of central IT infrastructure components at Nykredit. As a student assistant in the team you will be responsible for a range of different tasks, where there are high expectations for both quality and accountability.

You will also become part of the Nykredit group, where we, among other things, promise opportunities and development to those who want and can. You will also experience this through, for example, our youth/student network, Nykredit Youth. Here you will be regularly invited to professional presentations with, for example, our own board members as speakers, as well as events where you have the opportunity to network with other young people from across the group.

Then you have landed in the right place. As a student assistant with us, you can look forward to working with:

• FinOps and AI monitoring.
• Smaller analysis tasks and reports.
• Routing on the department's support portal and directing support tasks and follow-up on user inquiries.
• Participation in control tasks, including user administration and invoice checks.
• Handling of support inquiries on ’Flexvalg’ which among other things serves users with company mobile phones and company-paid internet.
• …and much more exciting.

You will have a lot of freedom and the opportunity to influence task types and organization. We have a good tone, quick to smile and generally quite nice.

Is it you we are looking for?

You must be in progress with a education in 1st–3rd semester. You have achieved good academic results and are used to working in a structured way with tasks. We emphasize that you are outgoing, flexible and good at collaborating both in the team and with other partners. You should be able to adapt your communication to the recipient; you will talk to both business and IT people, employees and managers. You should have some IT flair, but above all you must be structured and ready for an exciting everyday life. And you must be prepared to expand your competencies within AI.

Your new workplace

IT Infrastructure is part of Nykredit IT (DCI) and is located at Skelagervej 15 in Aalborg, and you will become part of a team of professionally skilled specialists. We receive support and management tasks from the rest of IT and from the business, which we solve in collaboration with our stakeholders.

We are of course flexible regarding your exam periods and regarding where the working hours are set; on average about 15 hours per week. There is the possibility to work from home combined with some fixed days at the office. We have a good canteen, a gym, and a number of social events throughout the year.
