Can you open doors with companies and help unemployed people back to the labor market? Do you have experience in creating results through company internships, wage subsidies, and ordinary jobs? Then we would like to hear from you.

At Jobpiloterne we are looking for an experienced job and company consultant who combines a dedicated effort for the individual citizen with an outreach and results-oriented approach to companies.

You must be able to see opportunities, build trust and translate dialogue into concrete agreements that bring jobseekers closer to the labor market.

Your tasks

You will play a central role in helping jobseekers move forward toward employment. Your tasks will include, among others, to:

• Reach out to companies and establish collaborations on internships, wage subsidies, and ordinary hires.
• Match citizens’ skills and possibilities with companies’ needs.
• Hold motivating and job-focused conversations with the citizens.
• Establish and follow up on company-based programs with a clear goal of progression and employment.
• Maintain and develop relationships with companies and partners.
• Document the effort, citizens’ development and the achieved results.
• The phone will be your most important tool.

We are looking for you who

• Have solid experience as a job and company consultant or from a similar role in the employment sector.
• Are used to working with a results-oriented approach within internships, wage subsidies and ordinary jobs.
• Have a good knowledge of the Danish Act on Active Employment Efforts – LAB Act – and can apply it in daily work.
• Have a sales mindset and thrive on proactive contact with companies.
• Can identify companies’ needs and present relevant candidates and collaboration opportunities.
• Meet citizens with respect, clarity and belief in their possibilities.
• Work independently and in a structured way and follow your agreements through to the end.
• Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.

It is an advantage if you have a driver's license and are willing to use your own car for company visits and meetings.
