Business consultant with a heart for employment and an eye for opportunities sought for Jobcenter Frederikshavn

Then maybe you are the one we are looking for as our new business consultant in Team Job and Development at the Frederikshavn Job Center. We are seeking a dedicated business consultant for 37 hours per week with start as soon as possible and no later than January 1, 2027.

Your mission

As a business consultant you will be an important part of the efforts for citizens on the edge of the labour market. You will help build a bridge between the citizens' resources and the companies' needs so more citizens can get closer to or enter the labor market.

You will be part of a strong team of five business consultants, who every day work purposefully to create good matches between citizens and companies. For us employment is not only about a job. It's about life mastery, belief in one's abilities and the possibility to create a positive future.

Who are we?

In Team Job and Development we are 41 employees, 1 department head and 4 professionals. We work with the employment effort for citizens on social welfare, resources, unemployment benefits and flexible jobs as well as the IPS initiative for young people. Through a job-oriented, business-oriented and cross-disciplinary approach we support the citizens in achieving a foothold in the labor market or in education. All our consultants focus on ordinary hours and the establishment of small jobs.

We help each other, challenge each other and celebrate our successes together.

Your tasks

No days are the same with us, you will have a daily life with great variation.

Your tasks will among other things be to

• Create the good match between citizens and companies
• Focus on small jobs and ordinary hours
• Motivate and support citizens on their path to work or education
• Make citizens' competencies and resources visible
• Help citizens with CV, job search and clarification of job goals
• Work closely with citizens' job consultants and other partners
• Follow up on and describe development and progression in the programs
• Ensure correct documentation and registration

Who are you?

We imagine that you have experience as a business consultant, job facilitator or from a similar role within the employment area.

You have experience with citizens who may have complex challenges.

• Have a strong job focus and can maintain direction and goals

• Work in a structured way and can document your efforts
• Have good written skills and a flair for IT

• Driver's license category B is a requirement.
