Experienced kitchen substitute sought for a children's facility in Brøndby

On behalf of a child care institution in Brøndby, FIRMAVIKAR is seeking a stable and experienced kitchen substitute for a long-term temporary position with start as soon as possible.

This is a temporary position due to illness, and we are therefore looking for a person who can take responsibility for the daily operation of the kitchen and create a stable everyday life throughout the period.

About the job

Your main tasks will be

• Preparation of today’s meals
• Planning of food and menus
• Handling of special dietary considerations and allergens
• Self-check and ensuring the applicable hygiene rules
• Dishwashing and tidying up
• Cleaning and general operation of the kitchen
• Ensure structure and overview in the daily kitchen operations

In the first period, purchasing of goods will not be part of the tasks.

We generally seek the same person for the whole period, so it is important that you can work stably and continuously.

We expect that you

• Have experience with kitchen work and cooking
• Preferably have experience from an institution, canteen or large kitchen
• Have experience with dietary considerations in relation to allergens as well as self-check
• Can work independently and take responsibility
• Are stable, structured and punctual
• Have a focus on hygiene and order
• Thrive in working in a kitchen at a child care institution

Working hours

Monday 08:00–15:00

Tuesday to Friday 08:00–14:00

Total approximately 31 hours per week.

Period

As a rule, minimum 1 month with the possibility of extension.
