Experienced Auditor for RSM Køge – take a central role in a department that is developing!

RSM grows, and in our new department in Køge we are in full swing building the framework for an exciting workplace. Therefore we are seeking an experienced auditor with HD(R) or cand.merc.aud., who wants to take a central role in the development of our local department.

A bit about the role

As an experienced auditor at RSM Køge you will have autonomous responsibility for a client portfolio, where you become the clients' primary contact and trusted advisor.

You will work broadly with auditing, accounting, tax and financial advisory with particular focus on small and medium-sized enterprises. We emphasize that you can both ensure high professional quality and create value for the clients through close and proactive advisory.

You also get the opportunity to take on a leadership role in daily work, where you contribute to coordinating tasks, ensuring smooth work processes and leading younger colleagues.

A bit about the department

In January 2026 RSM Denmark opened a new department in Køge, led by state-authorized public accountant Troels Stenholm. Together with Troels you will have the opportunity to be involved in the early start-up phase and to shape the department's business. You will have a central role in daily client service and become an important sparring partner in the effort to build a strong local auditing practice.

At the same time you will receive professional sparring and support from experienced colleagues and specialists across RSM Denmark. In other words, you will become part of a smaller local office with the strength of a larger organization behind you.

You will fit in well with us if you

• Have an HD(R) or cand.merc.aud. (CMA) and have experience with audit, accounting and tax.
• Are service-minded and relationship-oriented with a natural focus on good client experiences and long-term relationships.
• Work independently and are used to taking responsibility for your own clients and tasks from start to finish.
• Have experience with working in CaseWare and Skat NOVA
• Have a strong business understanding and thrive in the role as both auditor and advisor for small and medium-sized enterprises.
• Want to take on professional responsibility and contribute to sparring, coordination and development of colleagues.

It is also a big advantage if you live in Køge or the surrounding areas, as we want to be close to our clients and the local business community and actively contribute to development in the area.
