At Danas Have we are looking for an engaged and caring social- and health care assistant for our dementia ward Mindehaven as of 1 January 2027.

The position is 32 hours per week in day shifts with work every 2nd weekend

Who are we?

Danas Have is a new, modern and dementia-friendly private nursing home, where we work from the belief that the person always comes before the task. We aim to create a home with presence, security, community and high professionalism, where residents' wishes and life stories form the framework for everyday life.

At Mindehaven, people with dementia live, and we work with person-centered care, relationships and meaningful everyday life.

We are looking for a colleague who

• Is trained social- and health care assistant.
• Has experience with or a strong interest in the dementia field.
• Sees the person behind the illness and meets residents with calm, presence and an affirming approach.
• Thrives in an interdisciplinary collaboration and contributes positively to the community.
• Is professionally curious and wishes to develop themselves together with the colleagues.
• Wants to be part of a care home in development, where ideas and initiatives are welcome.
