Nutritional Assistant Trainee for Madservice Vejen and Østerbyskolen LOMA Canteen

In Vejen Municipality we believe that good food creates joy, community and quality of life. Therefore we are seeking a nutrition assistant apprentice who wants to develop their professional competencies in an exciting collaboration between Madservice Vejen and Østerbyskolens LOMA canteen.

Here you get an education beyond the ordinary. You will be part of two different kitchens, where you experience both large-scale production and a smaller, creative cafeteria kitchen. It gives you a broad foundation and lots of experience that you can carry with you into your professional life.

An education with variation and responsibility

As an apprentice you will rotate between the two workplaces and gain insight into many aspects of the nutrition assistant profession.

At Madservice Vejen

You will become part of a modern production kitchen that every day produces healthy and tasty meals for the municipality's elderly residents. You will learn among other things about:

• Modern production technologies
• Refrigerated meal production
• Quality, nutrition and food safety

At Østerbyskolens LOMA canteen

You will become part of a smaller team where you have great influence on daily life. Here you are involved from idea to serving and contribute to creating healthy and exciting meals for the school's students and staff. You will gain experience with:

• Daily production and serving
• Collaboration with children and young people
• Joy of food, learning and community
