Evening receptionist for the hotel reception at ToRVEhallerne

Responsibilities

• Service to leisure, business and conference guests
• Check-in and check-out of hotel guests
• Reservations of leisure and business guests
• Preparation of quotes and confirmations
• Daily routines in the reception
• Own areas of responsibility
• Answering emails and phone calls

ToRVEhallerne is a unique multi-house in the heart of Vejle. In our wonderful building you will find a large exclusive lounge area with our GIN•BAR, 3 different restaurants, 2 hotels spread over 161 hotel rooms with 4-star facilities and 16 meeting and conference rooms. In addition we regularly host many exciting events such as concerts and talks.

Working hours are from 15:00-00:00, with every third weekend off.
