We are now seeking a receptionist who wishes to become part of a house where hospitality is a culture - not just a task. Your role

As a receptionist you will be a central part of the hotel's daily life and often the guest's first and last encounter with Ruths Hotel. You create security and overview, accompany the guest through the stay and ensure that both the visible and the small, almost imperceptible details come together in harmony.

Your primary tasks will be

• To welcome guests with calm, presence and poise
• To ensure smooth and professional check-in and check-out
• To respond to telephone and written inquiries with warmth and precision
• To guide guests on experiences at the hotel and in Gl. Skagen
• To coordinate and follow up on meetings, conferences and events
• To work closely with the restaurant, kitchen, housekeeping and technical department
• To ensure that details, timing and communication come together across the house
• To be attentive to guests' needs and take initiative before they need to ask

Your professional profile

• Have experience from hotel, reception, conference or high-level service
• Proficient in Danish and English, both oral and written
• Have a good grasp of systems and quickly learn new workflows

• Understand the importance of discretion, quality and consistent service
