About the job

Do you dream of working professionally with events that make a difference for citizens, associations and communities?

You will become part of a team of five employees who work in a structured and project-oriented manner with clear frameworks for time, budget and responsibility and with a strong focus on the good audience and participant experience.

As an event apprentice you will have a broad interface and collaborate with both internal colleagues and external actors. You will become part of a professionally strong environment and gain insight into the entire event process – from idea and planning to execution and evaluation.

Event work in a municipality is not only about the day itself when the event runs. It is just as much about planning, coordination, collaboration and responsibility.

As an event coordinator apprentice you will gradually be trained in

  • thinking in wholes and target groups
  • keeping an overview of many tasks at the same time
  • collaborating with colleagues, volunteers, suppliers and partners
  • and translating ideas into concrete events that can be implemented in practice within given frameworks and budgets

You will therefore work creatively, administratively and practically – often in close collaboration with others.

As your professional development progresses you will receive independent tasks and areas of responsibility that match your skills and interests.

Who are you?

We are looking for an apprentice who is curious about the event profession and motivated to learn. You do not need to know everything in advance – the most important is your approach and your engagement.
