Event coordinator for HCA Marathon

You do not need to be a runner, but it helps to enjoy sport and movement, as this, as the advertisement suggests, is the driving force of daily life in the office.

At HCA Marathon we are incredibly busy with new races and events. Therefore we are looking for a new colleague as soon as possible. We are currently 7 people in the office, corresponding to 5 full-time employees, and right now we handle the planning and execution of 14–15 fitness events throughout the year with over 30,000 participants.

We are looking for a cheerful, open and trustworthy colleague – preferably with multitasking or octopus-like skills. You are good at planning and structuring your tasks and can stay calm, even when things move quickly.

As an event coordinator you will have the daily responsibility for planning and delivering some of our many runs. You will be part of a working environment where the motto is "freedom with responsibility" with a focus on delivering tasks on time and in the agreed quality.

We are looking for a colleague who

· Is good at planning, structuring and follow-up

· Can execute tasks on time

· Understands and preferably has experience working with volunteers

· Delivers good service to both customers and partners

· Remains calm and finds solutions when a plan changes

· Can plan and prioritize several parallel tasks

· Thrives with both administrative office tasks and practical tasks related to the events

We offer a full-time position with salary according to qualifications and a corresponding pension scheme.

The fixed workplace is Bolbro Culture and Sports House. Due to the nature of the work (fitness events) evening and weekend work will be part of the employment in periods.
