Event Coordinator for the Daycare Services Fair

Børneland is seeking a dedicated and structured event coordinator who will help plan and carry out Dagtilbudsmessen 2027.

Børneland organizes the annual Dagtilbudsmesse, which next takes place on 22 January 2027 in Copenhagen. The fair brings educators, managers, students, exhibitors and professional profiles to an inspiring day with talks, networking and new solutions for the day care sector. Your tasks

You will among other things help with

• Marketing of the fair, including social media and newsletters
• Contact and coordination with exhibitors, speakers and partners
• Planning and follow-up on practical tasks
• Updating information and materials for the fair
• Coordination leading up to the event day
• Practical execution of the fair on 22 January 2027

We imagine that you

• Are organized and good at maintaining an overview
• Can work independently and follow up on arrangements
• Communicate confidently and in a friendly manner
• Have interest and experience with events, marketing or project coordination
• Are proactive and thrive with many different tasks
• Would preferably have experience with social media, events or similar

The most important is that you are engaged, reliable and keen to help create a successful fair.

Practical information

The position is hourly paid and generally amounts to approximately 4–5 hours per week. In the period leading up to the fair there will be opportunities for more hours. It is a flexible position, so the tasks can be performed from home and when it suits you - unless there are deadlines on tasks. We wish to hire as soon as possible, but are happy to wait for the right person.
