🧚♀️ The fairy tale of the educator and the assistant we have not yet met

Once upon a time there was a particularly sought-after nursery in the village of Fløng.

Here lived 35 curious, brave and joyful little people, who every day set out on great adventures. Some had to learn to take their first steps. Others had to find their first words. And some were in the process of the difficult art of becoming confident enough to wave goodbye in the morning.

On their journey they had many caring adults by their side.

But two were missing – perhaps a pair?.

Maybe you are the one? Maybe it is you and your adventurous partner?

We are looking for 2 pedagogues or 1 pedagogue and 1 assistant with warmth in the heart, a smile in the eyes and enough imagination to turn a rainy day into a treasure hunt, a stick into a magic wand and an ordinary Tuesday into something quite special.

You may be the important adult who

• by playing drums or guitar creates a special universe, which the children are entranced by.
• believes that relationships are the foundation of all development.
• meets children with presence, acknowledgment and curiosity.
• dares to lead, but can also walk beside.
• gets energy from play, learning and community.
• wants to help shape the child’s first 1000 days.

The practical

📍 Refmosegård Nursery, Møllevej 10, Fløng, 2640 Hedehusene

Opening hours Monday-Thursday 6.30-17. Friday 6.30-16.30

Pedagogue: There is a collectively bargained starting salary base salary 26 (31.03.00). There will be an opportunity to negotiate the pay based on experience and competencies, but the collective bargaining starting salary is base salary 26 (31,735 DKK per month for 37 hours) + 14,682 annually in base salary supplement and pension.

Pedagogical Assistant: There is a collectively bargained starting salary base salary 13 (31.03.00). There will be an opportunity to negotiate the pay based on experience and competencies, but the collective bargaining starting salary is base salary 13 (26,294.75 - kr. per month) + base salary supplement and pension.

📅 Start: 1 December 2026, 1 January 2027 or by agreement. The appointment can be between 34 and 37 hours.
