A floor is not just something you walk on. It must fit the home, daily life, the economy – and the people who will live with it for many years.

Therefore we are looking for you who have solid experience with floors and can translate customers' wishes into the right solution.

You know the materials, understand the differences and know which questions to ask. Maybe you also have experience with tiles, curtains or other solutions for the home. The most important thing is that you have professional competence, can advise professionally and at the same time be a skilled salesperson.

At Thuesen Farver & Idéer A/S in Viborg we are busy and therefore seek an experienced flooring professional for our modern home store.

YOU NEED TO DO MORE THAN JUST SELL A PACKAGE OF FLOORS

Our customers do not always come with a finished solution. Some have a picture of their dream home, others only have one room, a budget and a lot of questions.

That is where you come in.

You help the customer find the right solution, calculate quantities, prepare quotes and accompany the customer from the first idea to the finished order.

YOUR MOST IMPORTANT TASKS

Your daily life will include, among other things

• Sales and professional advice on floors for private and professional customers
• Guidance on wooden, laminate, vinyl and design floors
• Advice on subfloors, maintenance and the overall flooring solution
• Calculation of material consumption and preparation and follow-up on quotes
• Ordering and coordination of customers' orders
• Contact and collaboration with suppliers
• Advice across floors, tiles, curtains and the home’s other materials
• Practical tasks in store and in the warehouse

If you have experience with measuring or installation, that is an advantage, but the position primarily focuses on sales, advising and customer contact .

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for an experienced profile with solid knowledge of the flooring industry.

You could for example be a floor salesperson, floor advisor, floor installer, a carpenter with extensive flooring experience, or come from a building supplies store, a home store or the flooring industry.

It is an advantage if you also have knowledge of tiles, ceramic tiles, curtains or home decoration , but the most important is your flooring expertise and the ability to advise and sell.
