Do you want to help shape the recruitment of the future at one of Denmark's best-known media brands?

At TV 2 we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner who can ensure good recruitment here and now and at the same time contribute to the development of our work with recruitment, technology and candidate experiences going forward.

We already have a foundation with well-functioning processes, an employer brand and modern tools. We are now seeking a profile who can contribute to developing our recruitment efforts with a more proactive approach and who views AI, automation and process optimization as tools that can free up time for what creates the most value: sparring, dialogue with candidates and well-considered hiring decisions.

You will become part of People & Culture and work closely with leaders across the organization. Here you will have both responsibility for daily recruitment and the opportunity to contribute to the future Talent Acquisition at TV 2.

Your role

As a Recruiter at TV 2 you will be entrusted with professional responsibility for recruitment across disciplines and organizational levels. You will manage the recruitment processes from start to finish and simultaneously function as a value-adding sparring partner for the leaders.

We are looking for a colleague who is proactive in the market and has solid experience with talent pools, search, candidate experience and stakeholder management in a professional framework.

You typically will be responsible for 15-20 simultaneous recruitment processes and become a central actor in the work to develop our recruitment practices.

Here is what you will work with;

• Drive recruitment processes from A-Z with focus on quality, speed and business value
• Work targeted with sourcing and mapping of relevant talent markets
• Conduct structured interviews and ensure valid assessment processes
• Utilize test tools as an integrated part of a professional candidate assessment
• Create a coherent candidate experience that supports TV 2's employer brand across all touchpoints
• Use data and insights to optimize processes, quality and conversions
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new methods, tools and AI solutions within recruitment

We work in HR-ON and use People Test Systems as an integrated part of our recruitment process.

Location: Odense or Copenhagen.

Who are you?

We imagine that you have several years of professional experience with recruitment and have experience from a similar position in one or more companies the size of TV 2. You have worked closely with the business and helped develop both processes, tools and collaborations.

You view recruitment as more than filling positions. You are interested in how to translate organizational needs into an effective and targeted recruitment effort. You understand how to use data, technology and well-structured processes to support better decisions, improved candidate experience and value creation for the organization.

Additionally, you may recognize yourself in several of the following

• You have solid experience with end-to-end recruitment across different disciplines and organizational levels
• You have worked as an internal recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner in a company and understand the interplay between business, culture and talent
• You have experience from more than one organization and therefore bring different perspectives on recruitment, stakeholder management and processes
• You work professionally with sourcing and use LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant channels as a natural part of your work
• You are motivated by talent markets and by mapping candidates who have not themselves initiated a job search
• You are used to advising and challenging leaders constructively and creating trusting collaborations
• You are curious about AI and new digital possibilities and test new tools that can improve quality and efficiency in recruitment
• You have experience with ATS systems and continuously work on improving processes, workflows and the candidate journey

It is relevant if you have worked in digital companies, tech environments or other organizations where the way of working is fluid.
