Subject-matter coordinator for the Youth area - Jobcenter Nordfyn

The position is full-time with start on 1 February 2027.

About the job

As a professional coordinator you will play a central role in the ongoing development of work with young people in Jobcenter Nordfyn. You will become a key person in translating new initiatives and collaborations into concrete solutions that create value for both young people, employees and partners.

An important part of the task will be to drive and develop Ungeløftet in close cooperation with management, employees, businesses, educational institutions and other partners. At the same time you will help create coherence and progress in development tasks across the youth area.

You will not have personnel responsibility, but you will be an important sparring partner for both management and employees. The role requires that you can build relationships, bring different actors together around common goals and secure progress in complex tasks.

Your tasks will include, among other things, the following

• drive and further develop Ungeløftet in close cooperation with management, employees and partners
• coordinate and support the implementation of new initiatives and efforts in the youth area
• develop methods, workflows and collaborations that strengthen young people's path to work and education
• support employees with professional sparring and coordination
• coordinate cross-cutting initiatives for young people with complex challenges
• facilitate meetings, workshops and development processes both internally and externally
• follow up on goals, results and the effect of the initiatives we initiate

About you

You are motivated by creating development through collaboration and thrive in a role where you bring people together around common solutions. You work in a structured way, take responsibility and are good at turning ideas into action. At the same time you are able to build relationships and momentum, even when many different interests must meet.

We imagine that you

• have experience from the youth area
• have interest in and insight into the challenges and opportunities shaping work with young people
• have experience with coordination, development tasks, project management or implementation
• are strong in collaboration with both internal and external actors
• can create engagement and ownership in others
• work independently and maintain overview in complex tasks
• communicate clearly both verbally and in writing

You do not need to have experience in all parts of the position. The most important is that you have experience with the youth area, can build relationships and thrive on driving development and collaboration across. If you have strong competencies in some areas and motivation to develop the rest, we would be very glad to hear from you.

Salary and terms of employment are according to the applicable collective agreement. Expected salary range will be provided at the first interview. The final salary is set based on your qualifications and previous work experience and after concrete negotiation with the trade union.
