Do you have a passion for fashion, styling and sales - and do you thrive with responsibility, creativity and customer contact? Then maybe you are the one we are looking for as our new fashion manager at Sinnerup in Vejle!

At Sinnerup we believe that the best customer experiences are created by employees who are passionate about what they do. We are therefore looking for an engaged and independent fashion manager who wants to take ownership of our fashion department and help create an inspiring universe where customers feel welcome and want to explore.

Responsibility, development and skilled colleagues

As the fashion manager you will be responsible for the daily operation and development of our fashion department. You will become an important part of the store team and will have a varied daily life where sales, customer service, styling and practical tasks go hand in hand.

Your main tasks will be

• Ensure a high standard of personal customer service, advice and sales
• Create an inspiring and welcoming fashion department through styling, product presentation and eye for detail
• Receive, unpack and present new goods.
• Work with styling and product presentation in the department.
• Take responsibility for daily operations and the department's sales results.
• Collaborate with and motivate colleagues to create good customer experiences and a strong sense of community.

At Sinnerup we do not follow a heavy manual. We believe in freedom with responsibility and give space for you to take initiative, bring in new ideas and put your own mark on the department.

• Have a passion for fashion, styling and sales - and ideally a good eye for trends and visual presentation.
• Are proactive and enjoy developing both the department and your own skills.
• Thrive with customer contact and are motivated by achieving good sales results.
• Are a team player who contributes positively to collaboration and is happy to lend a hand.

If you have experience with styling, visual merchandising or selling from the fashion or retail industry, that is a clear advantage - but the most important is your interest, your commitment and your desire to learn.
