We are looking for a dedicated sales assistant for our store in Næstved. The position is a full-time role of 37 hours. As a sales assistant you will have the opportunity to guide customers through our unique product range and ensure that they have the best possible experience as well as shelf replenishment and trimming of shelves. You do this in collaboration with your good and competent colleagues. Together you form a top-motivated dream team, ready to deliver Denmark's best customer service.

RESPONSIBLE FOR CASHIER, CUSTOMER SERVICE & CAFE

As the person responsible for Cashier, Customer Service and Café you take an important role in daily operations and are responsible for both staff and the customer experience in these areas.

You follow up on results and are present in the departments to support and motivate the employees. Together with the team you ensure that all customers receive good and professional service.

You also ensure that the employees are well prepared for the task and have control over routines within customer service, complaints handling and cash handling.

In the Café you have, among other things, responsibility for ensuring we meet food hygiene requirements.

To thrive and succeed in this role you must be a clear role model who leads by example.

In addition to the tasks specific to the position, you will also work with your colleagues in the daily operation of the store. Together you ensure that the store is always ready for sale and that all customers receive the best possible service.

As the person responsible for Cashier, Customer Service and Café you are part of the store's management team and report to the Store Manager.
