Fitness dance instructor wanted – become part of Casa Bailar in Roskilde

Do you love music, dance and exercise? Can you create good energy and motivate others to move? Do you want to combine movement and the joy of dancing in an inclusive community? Then perhaps you are the one we are looking for at Casa Bailar in Roskilde!

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an engaged fitness-dance instructor who wants to become part of our dance house and public education association.

We want to expand our offerings within dance-based motion and are therefore seeking an instructor who can create fun, energetic and motivating classes where participants get their heart rate up and experience the joy of moving to music.

You can apply whether you already have experience as a fitness instructor or have a relevant background in dance and movement and a desire to develop yourself as a teacher.

Teaching can consist of regular weekly classes as well as workshops and events.

What classes are we looking for?

We are especially interested in instructors within

• Fitness dance and dance fitness as aerobic dance and Latin dance fitness
• Zumba and similar dance-based training
• Conditioning and movement classes with music
• Other forms of dance and movement that combine rhythm, energy and the joy of movement

What do we expect from you?

• You have experience with fitness-dance, dance or other relevant movement teaching.
• You can convey movements and create an energetic and motivating teaching environment.
• You are good at engaging participants with different levels and prerequisites.
• You are responsible, approachable and keen to contribute to an inclusive community.

Relevant instructor experience or education is an advantage. The most important thing is that you are passionate about movement and want to give others a great experience with training and music.

Working hours and salary

We are especially looking for instructors for mornings, but there may also be opportunities for teaching in the afternoons and on weekends.

The hourly rate is agreed jointly and may vary from season to season. Salary is determined based on experience, type of teaching and the association's applicable guidelines.
