Nurse for transplantation and nephrology medical ward, Nephrology Ward Y1

We are seeking a nurse for our ward, where we work with the most exciting specialty.

We are looking for a new colleague from 1 January 2027 or as soon as possible thereafter.

And who are we then?

We are the Nephrology Department Y1 and we consist of a ward normed to 13 patients, as well as an outpatient clinic with day hospital function.

We provide care and treatment of nephrology patients in all facets of their journey and life, including transplantation, which is one of the department's core tasks, where we have several times by Dagens Medicin been named as the best in Denmark for transplants.

We do this among other things based on the nursing strategy with the starting point in care, professionalism and responsibility .

Our patients contact us directly in connection with illness, which is why we often receive both acute and elective patients directly in the department bypassing FAM. This, among many other things, helps to strengthen our multidisciplinary collaboration and it means that we know our chronic patients really well.

In addition to a strong group of nurses and social and health care assistants, ranging from newly graduated to 40-year jubilees, we also have a clinical nurse specialist in the department who assists in developing nursing, both theoretically and practically. In addition, we have many learners from several different education programs.

The department emphasizes a safe and good working environment where everyone contributes to the good working environment, and you have your immediate supervisor close to you.

For you who are hired, we offer a permanent position of 37 hours in mixed shifts, with the option to primarily choose evening or night shifts. You participate in weekend duty every 3rd weekend.

We use Ønskeplan in scheduling, so you have great influence on your own duty roster.

In addition to the starting salary, the pay may include negotiated allowances depending on the position, your experience and qualifications.
