We are looking for several experienced foremen around Ringsted who know the contracting trade from practice and can lead the daily production on site.

There is no laying-out nonsense here.

You live on Zealand and report directly to the project.

In return, you must be able to create an overview when the machines are running, the crew is on site, and the day's plan meets reality.

👷 A foreman who knows the work

The projects are in the areas of earthworks, drainage and concrete , and the company works, among other things, with main sewers, utilities and housing construction.

As foreman you will be a central part of the daily operations.

Among other things you shall

• Lead the crew
• Plan and allocate the day's work
• Coordinate people and production
• Ensure quality and progress
• Take responsibility and make decisions on site
• Be close to the work and lead by example when required

We are looking for someone who has solid experience from the contracting trade and has already tried their hand at foreman responsibilities.

Your concrete professional background can vary.

You could, for example, come from earthworks, drainage, concrete or be trained as an earthworks contractor or sewer master .

The most important is that you understand the work and can get people to work well together .

💪 There needs to be control of more than the schedule
