There are foremen who are good at managing a construction site. And then there are those who can also keep everyday life running smoothly.

We are looking for more foreman profiles in Billund who can do the latter.

You will play a central role in a small, owner-led contracting company with around 15 employees, where there is a need for someone who can take responsibility, make decisions and get things running.

Here there is direct access to management, great influence and room to put your own stamp on daily work.

You will be employed in our department Entreprise Gruppen ApS.

🔨 YOU GET THE RESPONSIBILITY – FROM TENDER TO COMPLETED TASK

You become the one who links customers, employees and tasks together.

Your tasks will include, among others

• Inspection of demolition and remediation tasks
• Bid calculation and estimation
• Business development and customer contact
• Planning of tasks from start to finish
• Daily leadership and coordination of employees
• Ensuring quality, occupational safety and progress

In short: You must be able to keep track of both the people, the finances and the schedule.

👷 DO YOU HAVE THE OVERVIEW WHEN THINGS ARE IN FULL SWING?

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience from demolition, remediation or the contracting industry
• Can lead people and make independent decisions
• Has understanding of tendering, planning and finance
• Takes safety and quality seriously

You don't need to have answers to everything. But you should be the type who finds the solution.
