🏗️ FOREMAN FOR DEMOLITION & REMEDIATION IN VEJEN – CAN YOU KEEP CONTROL OF PEOPLE, PROGRESS AND THE BUSINESS?

We are looking for several experienced foreman profiles in Vejen who can take responsibility for the daily operations within demolition and remediation.

Here you won't just get a title and a phone that rings constantly. You will get real influence and freedom to make decisions .

You will become a key person in a small, owner-managed contracting company with around 15 employees, where there is a short distance from thought to action.

You will be employed in our department Enterprise Group ApS.

🔨 YOU GET YOUR HANDS IN THE WHOLE BUSINESS

Your tasks will include

• Inspections of demolition and remediation tasks
• Bid calculation, costing and customer contact
• Planning and coordination of the work
• Daily leadership of employees
• Responsibility for quality, safety and progress

You must be able to manage both the construction site and the desk – without losing sight of either.

You have experience from demolition, remediation or the contracting industry and are used to taking responsibility.

You can lead people, make decisions and maintain an overview when plans change.

And most importantly: You are the type who solves problems before they grow bigger.
