Are you a civil engineering site supervisor with experience as a foreman , and are you ready to take the lead on projects in Zealand?

We are looking for more experienced foremen around Horsens , who know the contractor trade from practice and know how to get a crew, production and the day’s plan to work together .

Here you get a 4-day working week in Zealand , and Thursday afternoon you head home again.

👷 You must be able to lead from the front

Your professional background is as a civil engineering site supervisor , and you have enough experience to lead others.

The work covers earthworks, drainage and concrete , and you will be an important part of the daily operation on site.

You shall, among other things

• Lead the crew
• Plan and coordinate the day’s work
• Ensure progress and quality
• Have an overview of people and production
• Take responsibility and make decisions on site
• Be close enough to the work to know what is actually going on

You don’t just have to be able to point – you must know what you are pointing at.
