At Hadbjerg School we are seeking a committed pedagogue for a permanent full-time position with tasks in both the special class and the school's middle forms.

Subjects and tasks

The job consists of hours in the special after-school program (special-SFO) every afternoon. These hours are together with a teacher from the special class, as our special class for the youngest children is built around the full-day school principle.

In addition, there will be hours in the school's middle form, where you, together with two teachers, will support students' schooling, especially when schooling becomes difficult.

In the first 6 months your duties will be limited to the special class for the youngest pupils with hours in the school part and the special-SFO

• Knows about and can apply special pedagogical methods and approaches: e.g. visual support systems, cognitive tools and Low Arousal
• Finds solutions to most challenges
• Thrives in a professional community and contributes positively to collaboration
• Believes that we succeed best through close collaboration with the parents and the network around the child
• Finds it exciting to support and assist the students in the school's middle form and is passionate about the work in the special-SFO
• Dares to be honest, curious and inquisitive in a constructive way
• Believes that all children do their best they can in the given context
• Exudes and possesses both physical and mental calm, and of course you have a very good sense of humor in your toolkit.

You will become part of two teams with experienced and pedagogically skilled staff who are good at welcoming new colleagues.

As a new pedagogue with us you will also be assigned a mentor to help with a safe and good start.

About Hadbjerg School

Hadbjerg School is a two-track public school with 3 special classes. We have about 380 students, of which 21 students are attached to the special classes. Of these 21 children, 5 are currently enrolled in the special-SFO.

Hadbjerg is about 3 km from Hadsten and is easy to reach by both bus and car, as the motorway and main road are close by.

Salary and terms of employment

• The position is a full-time job (37 hours)
• The employment starts December 1, 2026
• Employment is in accordance with the applicable collective agreement
