Cheerful voice sought for our Customer Service center

At our busy office in Lynge/Allerød we are seeking as soon as possible an employee who can join our team of customer service staff/receptionists either on full-time or part-time

With us, we handle the phones for many different companies when they are otherwise prevented. It is therefore important that you are adaptable, as you in one moment may have a call for a law firm, and the next call may perhaps be for a contractor company or a pharmaceutical company.

We know that our customers and employees are the most important in our universe, and therefore we take good care of them.

We work in a cozy and often very busy environment, where you have the opportunity to influence your working conditions.

We have 1 position to fill: Primary working hours 8:00 – 17:00, with a fixed 17:00 shift once a week. When you are trained, you are welcome to work from home on your evening shift, with 37 hours per week.

We would like to see

• That you have a smiling voice, even in stressful periods
• That you master Danish at a high level.
• That you master English and Scandinavian in spoken language, so you can take a message.
• If you can handle German it is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• That you can spell and write correctly with high speed
• That you love to have busy days and make a great effort
• That you are good at learning new things
• That you persevere until you have reached your goal
• That you dare tell us what we as an workplace can do better for you

It does not matter much what you have done before. You will be trained by us.
