In the Communications at IBA Erhvervsakademi Kolding we are looking for a new graphic designer who is passionate about their field. Someone who rests in their professionalism and loves to develop ideas, campaigns, exhibitions and solutions together with us in the communications team and the rest of the house.

Your tasks

You will among other things work with

• Development and production of graphical material for social media, web, newsletters and print materials.
• Generate ideas for exhibitions, signs, screens, stairs, columns and other places where we display our artifacts internally at IBA.
• Further development of IBA's visual identity.
• Production of banners, advertisements, graphics and visual campaign materials.
• Image processing and graphic layout.
• Collaboration with colleagues from the rest of the house on exhibitions, events and branding activities.
• Contact with external partners and suppliers.

Who are you?

We imagine that you

• Are trained as graphic designer or have a correspondingly relevant graphic education.
• Have strong skills within Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects is a bonus but not a requirement.
• Thrive on giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• Are driven by passion for your craft, have a high work ethic and are quality-conscious.
• Can drive projects and keep calm in a busy everyday life.
• Are good at creating relationships and collaborating with people who have other professional disciplines than your own.
• Your Danish is fluent, and you can operate professionally in English. We help each other with proofreading and therefore work with a '4-eyes principle', where we always have several eyes on each task.

We offer a permanent position of 37 hours per week – including a paid lunch break every day.

We use Copilot and the rest of Microsoft 365 and eagerly share new AI tools with each other. You get good opportunities for further education, so you can develop professionally. And we can promise you a workday where no two days are alike.

Your new team

The Communications department consists of two marketing coordinators, a marketing analyst, a journalist, a student assistant, two freelancers (a photographer and a journalist) and the communications manager, who is also a trained journalist. And then you – as our new graphic designer.

We set requirements for each other, but we also help each other. We share both successes, responsibility and the good laughs.

We are a department where we want to be together – also outside working hours on our various team trips.

Practical

The position is full-time with workplace at IBA Erhvervsakademi Kolding. Salary and terms of employment are according to the applicable collective agreement.

We will hold 1st interview on Thursday October 29 and 2nd interview on Thursday November 5. We hope you can start in our graphic designer position from the turn of the year.

You should prepare for the fact that, in connection with the job interviews, you will be asked to solve a case, and that we will obtain references. You may also participate in a personality test.

Your working hours will primarily be between 8 and 16 each day, but a few times a year we participate in larger events at odd times, which we hope you will also join.
