The position reports to the Director, Head of Group HSE. The role is based in Europe, and can be based in any of our office locations, and includes approximately 30–50% travel to manufacturing locations, primarily across Europe.
Experienced HSE professional with collaborative approach
You bring a structured approach and like working with people from different teams and backgrounds. You communicate clearly, build constructive working relationships and approach challenges with a practical mindset. You are comfortable taking initiative and working with stakeholders across a range of organizational levels. In addition, you have a genuine commitment to health, safety and environmental improvement and appreciate the value of accurate reporting, governance and continuous development.
You also have
- BSc or MSc degree in Safety, Quality, Production, Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Knowledge of HSE management systems including ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001
- Lead Auditor qualification in ISO 45001
- 5–8 years of experience from a technical or industrial environment
