You will lead a central professional area with great significance for the bank's credit decisions. As Head of Accounting Analysis you will have responsibility for stable and efficient operations with high professional quality, which supports good advisory and fast responses to customers. At the same time, you will create the future of Accounting Analysis by further developing work methods and processes and translating opportunities in automation and AI into concrete improvements.

About the position

The Head of Accounting Analysis is responsible for an important area in the bank's credit organization. The department prepares and quality assures accounting analyses, which are part of the bank's credit processing and decision basis.

The department consists of about 50 dedicated colleagues distributed across three locations in Aabenraa, Herning and Aarhus. The role entails regular presence at all three locations.

You will be required to deliver results through your leaders and employees, set direction, prioritize between operations and development and ensure progress across the organization.

• Ensure continued development and relevant automation of the area

• Ensure stable operations, quality and efficient processes in a scalable setup
• Lead through leaders and create clear direction and accountability
• Prioritize resources and balance operations, projects and development initiatives
• Contribute to developing the organization and the competencies for future tasks

• Have understanding of automation, AI and organizational development
• Have experience from the financial sector or a comparable regulated environment and knowledge of accounting analysis or credit processing
