We are seeking an engaged and business-oriented Department Manager for Cross-Functional Projects, who will have overall responsibility for our activities within Fiber, E-Mobility, High Voltage, KLS-D and DAP in the East (Operationally Responsible Person).

You will lead a team of 5 project managers and 30 technicians, focusing on ensuring high quality, strong customer care, safe operation and a healthy business.

What the job consists of

As department head you have overall responsibility for the department's operations, development and results. Your primary tasks will include:

• People management and development of 5 project managers and 30 technicians
• Ensuring high employee well-being, engagement and skills development
• Responsible for the department's finances and project economics
• Development and expansion of the customer portfolio in collaboration with the organization
• Ensuring effective planning and resource allocation across projects
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, quality requirements and safety standards
• Responsible for KLS-D and the execution and compliance of the DAP area
• Ensuring high quality in deliveries and close collaboration with customers, authorities and partners
• Contribute to the department's strategic development and growth

What we are looking for

• Have experience in people management
• Have an electrical engineering background in utility, energy or infrastructure
• Have experience or can be approved for DAP at 10-0.4 kV, 30 and 50 kV
• Have experience with project and operations management in a technical organization
• Have business acumen and experience with financial management
• Have insight into quality management, safety and regulatory requirements
• Have experience with customer and stakeholder management
