As private banking manager you will have a central role in the daily operations of the private banking area. You will support, motivate and develop the advisers, create an overview of tasks and ensure the right prioritization of cases. At the same time you are close to the customers and nurture and develop your own portfolio.

In other words you will be both a professional sparring partner for the team and an attentive adviser for customers. The role gives you the opportunity to bring your professionalism and business understanding into play, while helping to create good conditions for the team's development and shared results.

Your main tasks

• Lead, develop and follow up on the private team’s performance, well-being and quality.
• Convert the center’s goals into concrete priorities, actions and follow-up in the private area.
• Conduct 1:1 conversations, check-ins, sales follow-up, development dialogues and performance reviews (MUS).
• Ensure professional sparring, feedback and competence development of private advisers.
• Ensure implementation and compliance with the bank’s concepts, processes, policies, procedures and leadership rhythms.
• Support quality in advisory services, credit processes, documentation and compliance.
• Coordinate with Center Director, Head of Commercial, specialists and support functions on joint customer and business initiatives.
• Ensure structure, prioritization and efficient operations in the private team
• Manage and develop a reduced personal client portfolio.
• Collaborate with specialists on solutions within housing, investment and pension

You have the ability to create results through others. As a leader you are motivated by helping others succeed, and you are an approachable sparring partner who can set direction and follow up. At the same time you are relationship-building and thrive being close to customers and the advisory process. Perhaps you come from a similar position in another financial institution. You may also be a skilled private adviser with the right professional and personal competencies, who is ready for the next step in your career and to take on greater responsibility for both colleagues, customers and the business.

We imagine that you have a relevant banking education, preferably supplemented by an HD.
