Join Bowl'n'Fun & Maximum

Bowl'n'Fun & Maximum is Denmark's largest bowling and entertainment chain with 20 centers. All centers have a restaurant, The Grill, and several may offer Laser Hero, Escape Room and Happie´s playland. You create a good relationship with the guests, and together with the center team you ensure that you always have happy and satisfied guests. You lead, motivate and inspire your colleagues and, most importantly - are a good role model.

You must be present and outwardly visible

As a chief host you will lead from the front and have the responsibility on your shift. You must therefore have a good overview and a structured approach to your tasks. You must be present in the center so the guests know your face. Therefore it is important that you are service-minded, smiling and approachable. You should take pride in ensuring the guests receive a service so that we become their top of mind when choosing a place to eat and experience.

As a chief host you

• Ensure that the guests get the absolute best experience
• Check guests in and close out bills
• You will service our guests in the bar, by the lanes and in the restaurant.
• Be involved in ensuring good welfare and a good working environment in the center
• Be involved in training new employees
• Be ready to lead and be visible, both to the other employees and the guests in the center
• Open and close the center
• Ad hoc tasks

About you

• You have previously been used to having responsibility, preferably from the restaurant or service industry
• You are not afraid to take responsibility and lead
• You are independent
• You are the top seller who puts guests at the center
• You have an overview and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• You enjoy working in a team
• You are flexible and step in when needed
• You appreciate a varied workday with shifting hours and weekend shifts

This is a part-time position of 20-25 hours per week with the possibility of more hours in peak season.
