BoligViborg seeks an estate technician for the maintenance of the green areas

Do you have an interest in green maintenance, knowledge of machines, and love to see the results of your physical work? Then it might be you we are looking for in our green team.

As an employee at BoligViborg you have a versatile job with the opportunity, together with 26 good colleagues in our green team, to put your professional and personal experience to use and thereby contribute to creating attractive and functional outdoor areas for the benefit of our residents.

Your tasks will include

• Care and maintenance of the departments' green and grey areas
• Cleaning, waste management and miscellaneous outdoor tasks
• Construction tasks such as laying smaller pavements, beds and restoration of green areas
• Operation of various machines
• Participation in snow and ice control according to the duty roster from 1 November to 31 March

We imagine that you will

• Have experience with machine operation and civil engineering works or the desire to learn it
• Be responsible, stable and thrive both with independent work and in collaborating in different teams
• Be positive, service-minded and understand the importance of meeting colleagues, residents and partners at eye level
• Be ready to work outdoors and in all kinds of weather
• Have a category B driving licence (BE preferred)
