Helpers and substitutes sought for a good small team in Vordingborg

I am looking for helpers for approximately 30 hours per week. These are hours in the time frame from 11:00 – 18:00, which might fit well for you who need a job alongside your studies :) or for you who are in a flex job and need a lower number of hours per week. Please feel free to bid with what makes sense for you :)

Basically my father has the shifts in the evenings and weekends, but when he needs a day off, there are hours available for you :)

Brief about me :) I am a cheerful young man of 30 years who has a care helper arrangement of 77 hours per week

I live in my own part of my parents' house, which we have adapted to fit my needs really well :)

I am nonverbal, but as we get to know each other we can communicate through facial expressions :)

I need help with all personal care and practical assistance. I am transferred with the help of my lift, and I have a manual wheelchair with a small assist motor that can be attached. I also have my own disability car, which we use when I go to social events and outings away from home and similar :)

I am looking for a helper who is interested in working with alternative communication methods and who is professionally interested. You can be male or female and age does not matter either. What is important to me is that you see yourself in the job as a disability helper, and that you thrive in being an active part of my life when required, but also understand the balance of being the fly on the wall when I need to be at peace with myself, or enjoy time with my family :) and of course that we have good chemistry.

I offer a smoke-free indoor environment :)

A bit about the practical

• Start date: As soon as possible
• Part-time/full-time: 30 hours per week
• Applicants in flex jobs are also very welcome to apply; the position can be arranged for fewer hours
• Closing date for applications: 1.11.2026
• Interviews will be held on an ongoing basis
• If you have not heard from me by 15.11.2026 you may assume the position has been filled

The team covers shifts year-round, as well as during illness and holidays; to create a good team, flexibility is valued :)

Salary and employment terms

You will be employed by A Priori, which will obtain a child protection and criminal record check upon employment

The salary follows the current BPA tariff schedule as of 1/4-2026 amounting to 155.87 DKK per hour plus shift allowance; questions about this can be directed to consultants Bo Andersen or Gitte Jensen at tel: 93404848 on weekdays between 09:00 - 15:30
