Helpers wanted for a man in Kolding

Hi, my name is Jannik, I am a 47-year-old man, living in Kolding, with my wife and our two older children. I have multiple sclerosis, and I sit in a manual wheelchair, my legs do not function, and one of my arms also has some trouble.

I am seeking two helpers at approximately 20 and approximately 30 hours per week respectively.

I love anything with engines, handball (my kids both play, and I would like to be part of it), and being social with friends and family. I care that my home and garden are neat and tidy. I enjoy being able to go to my job, and I value doing my training.

I am always in good spirits and I think I have a fantastic sense of humor 😂

I need help with transfers, help with personal care, meal preparation, among other things.

I need help with the practical tasks of daily living, help to get to and from work, training, etc. I have a wheelchair-accessible car that I can drive myself.

My home is my and my family's haven. So it is important that you understand you are employed in my private home. I am sociable, but quickly get fatigued and need rest so I can be there for my family. So you must have situational awareness and be able to step back when I do not need your help. So you must be adaptable and able to handle busy days, but also days when there is nothing, and therefore be comfortable in your own company.

The chemistry between us is crucial; the rest we will figure out together, as long as you are teachable and responsive.

I am looking for someone with a fresh personality and who can endure my humor 😂 Gender and age have no preferences, as long as you are mature, have situational awareness, and are responsible.

You must be physically and mentally robust

Can work independently and identify tasks that need doing, as well as be practically minded and have a sense of order; my mind is at ease when my home is neat and tidy.

You must be able to accept that we are in my home, can entertain yourself, be responsible and can take oral guidance.

Be mindful of good hygiene!!

You must be flexible and able to step in in case of illness/holiday.
