You will be part of a small, ambitious HR team of 4 people who are actively building and developing the HR function and, together with the rest of the administration, you will be an important part of our growth journey.

An HR role focused on operations

• Payroll responsible, including responsibility for all derived tasks of the monthly payroll run
• Ensure timely reporting of illness for refunds
• HR administration, including preparing contracts, addenda and terminations
• Contribute to implementing the new payroll directive
• Maintain the company’s GDPR platform and ensure security approvals
• Implementation of digital solutions; including Evovia for APV, MUS and wellbeing surveys as well as HR-ON as the new HR System
• Competence development, including planning courses, handling applications to the competence fund and coordinating joint development programs

Experienced HR profile with a flair for digitization

As a person you are structured, proactive and good at building relationships across different professional groups. You thrive with both independent responsibility and close collaboration, and you have a natural ability to navigate in an organization with many different tasks and stakeholders. With your positive attitude and ability to communicate clearly you contribute to a good atmosphere.

We imagine that you have

• experience with HR operations and preferably with a focus on digitization
• knowledge of APV, MUS and wellbeing measurements
• familiarity with IT systems – e.g., Evovia, HR-ON, Intega and/or Zenegy
• experience from similar positions
